Items ordered from 2712 Design for Christmas and never received - Address embosser
I bought a Groupon deal for an Embosser for my brother in law for Christmas. The website promised delivery by 12/23 for orders placed by 12/1. I ordered on 11/27 and as of 12/29 still have not received the order. Emails to Customer Service have done nothing. They have not acknowledged or apologized for their mistake. Beware!!
